WORST SERVICE

Hellopeter should give different options for rating of a company because this one doesn't even deserve 1 star, but is required to rate. Check with Samsung who their service agents are in Cape Town BEFORE purchasing a Samsung product. Liptronics has to be one of the worst agents in South Africa. I paid R700 for a call out fee for a technician to check out my tumble drier. He was not only 4 days later than the appointment date they booked, but he did absolutely nothing. Months later, Liptronics don't answer calls and my tumble drier still doesn't work. Reading through all the terrible experiences others have had with this company is shocking. I have also lodged a complaint with Samsung - surely they should be aware of the non-service their loyal customers are having to put up with - lets hope Samsung do something about finding alternative technicians.
