Very bad and pathetic services

My husband had taken or Samsung 3D television to Liptronics where they charge you a fee when bringing in ur items to repair after the tv was with them (Liptroonics) two days there after they called him to say that the motherboard needs to be replaced at a cost of R950 and he told them to go ahead and fix it, two days there after they called him again and told him that the screen was damaged and it will cost almost R 6 000 to fix it when he went to go fetch the tv he found that the front screen was not the screen of the tv and when he told them they need to fix it they got very defensive,he then asked them to plug the tv so that he can check the screen only to find that the tv was black and not working......this company is very unprofessional and gives pathetic services to their clients.
