Useless Liptronics (& Samsung)

If there was a -5 I would use that. I dont know how this company is even operating as a company if they dont answer their telephone. As for their service they are clueless, their internal systems dont work, & they dont get back to their customers. Worst still is that they are supposed to be the service agents for Samsung. Shame on you Samsung for using such *********** company to back up your name. Dont you know that after sales service is probably even more important that pre sales advertising. I cannot believe you stick with them. To add to the issue trying to get hold of Samsung to discuss this matter is just as bad. Sorry guys but you have lost any future business of mine....
