TV REPAIR

Samsung informed e that my TV was repaired by Liptronics and the repairs has been completed. I have been waiting for the delivery of the TV and I called Liptronics to follow up and I did not get any feedback . I was told to hold the line and I was on the line for 20 minutes until I ran out of airtime. I was told by Samsung that the TV will be delivered before 11 today and till now delivery has not taken place, I have been waiting. No communication nothing. I am very disappointed with SAMSUNG. Their TV did not last even for 2 years and now its difficult to fix whereas I paid over R20 000 for it.

Think twice before you buy a Samsung TV as they are relying on another service provider who has bad service (LIPTRONICS PAROW).
