This place is shocking!!!!

I wish I could give this place no stars at all, I am currently on the phone with them and it is terrible! This is the third time I called them today, the first time I was told the person I need to speak to is on the line with a customer, I was merely told to call back at a certain time. I called back as instructed, and was told that the same person is now on lunch. I told the person on the line that this was impossible since the person in question was on the other line less than 10 minutes earlier. I finally get to the person I need to talk to, she was very blunt and impatient, and then the line went dead... I have had sufficient time to write this review while I am on hold AGAIN, trying to reach this person yet again... And now she is being impatient with me!!
