The worst service ever

The worst service I ever experienced... Logged a call Paid call out fee and labour I was then advised that Samsung does not make the part that I need. I was then advised I can't be refunded on the labour money but they didn't do anything. When calling them it takes more than 20 minutes to answer..... I want my money back. THE WORST SERVICE EVER
