Steer far away from Liptronics and Samsung

If there was a zero rating, i would give that, this company is downright unprofessional, because they have the monopoly when it comes to repair and parts for Samsung, they assume they can treat customers as they wish, which includes blatant lies by their "workshop" manager Nadia, the owner Neels does not give a flying toss, even after trying to correspond with him. After weeks without response, and almost 35 calls and emails, eventually had to contact Samsung themselves, who, admittedly did manage to get my machine back unrepaired, but also have a dont care attitude towards the brand and reputational damage caused by Liptronics. I will not ever buy a Samsung product again, because of the risk that i might have to deal with these *****s again.
