STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG

This is the worst company and I seriously cannot believe that a brand such as Samsung continuous to affiliate themselves with this terribly *********** repair company. I waited since December 2018 for them to repair my fridge. They never ever call you. I phoned them endlessly. When they cannot resolve your problem, they say their system says that the repair has been completed. What a joke of a company. Don't buy Samsung products if we are let down this way.
