Shocking service from Liptronics

This place has the worst service possible and they are completely ***********. No feedback, not able to repair my device, keep giving excuses...

They phoned to me inform me that my device has been repairs and that I can come and collect it. I get there and suddenly no-one can find the device. After waiting for 30min they send me away and say they will deliver it when they find it, which still hasn't happened by the way.

I can't believe that Samsung deals with these fools. This will cause a lot of their customers to move to other manufacturers who are more able and willing to deal with their customers.
