Samsung fridge repair

We've recently had our fridge/freezer repaired by one of Liptronics technicians and to date, the freezer is still not working. I have reported the matter via email and we still have not received any call to make arrangements to come and look at the unit. We need this sorted asap we can't pay and get no service. This is bad for Samsung's image.
