Samsung and Liptronics Shocking service

Absolutely pathetic customer service. I have given them the go ahead to fix my Samsung Smart Television, three weeks later and still no response to e-mails. When I call I can never get a direct answer, the person I need to speak to is conveniently unavailable. I cannot believe Samsung referred me to them and they a service provider.
