Poor service

In February 2021 I purchased a Samsung ultra. 21 and I was told that I would receive my earphones package within 7-14 working days... FOUR MONTHS later I still have not received my package. I followed up twice in this four months, they told me they will contact me and send the package, and I have still not received anything, Sickening.
