Please dont ever use Liptronics, they are the worst company ever

Worst company ever, dont ever use them! 3 months ago my Samsung tumble dryer stopped working after they fixed it a month ago with a noise problem. They came to fetch my unit again, ordered parts, couldn't get parts & didn't deliver my unit. Their workshop burned down while my unit was in it, spoke to Neil & Nadia, now they are saying I need to claim from my home insurance, they will only provide me with a insurance certificate. Can you believe these people? Dont take responsibility of their own actions & the customer is now @ fault because of their own incompetence
