Phoned 10 businesses in 4 cities to get this plastic tube

<p>I needed a simple plastic tube of exact dimensions to repair inlet for my fridge door waer dispenser - much needed in the Durban summer. Samsung national office told me they did not stock it in South AFrica - even though I could see this simple under 10$ part advertised on US sites. Finally Theo Fisher of Spares LIptronics Parow had the patience to respond and we exchanged info on dimensions and pics of what was needed - and he got the part to me while I was in Cape Town for a conference.. Hurrah- my fridge water tap is flowing again. Well done Theo - you really pay attention to customers...</p>
