No spares available for Samsung Fridges

Samsung have appointed Liptronics to be the repair agent for their fridges. They rarely answer the phone. If they do answer the phone they make it impossible to do business with them - you need to book your fridge in (and pay a R575 call out fee) even if you know which part needs to be supp****. They do not supply spares.
