No Customer Service and really bad business for Samsung.

Don't know why Samsung still continues to do business with them, they have no customer service at all, They dragging Samsungs name down, I needed my fridge repaired, took leave just so that I can accommodate them but not even a sorry for not coming 3 times and causing inconvenience, s**** them immediately, I was told by a Nadia Nasif who is part of their refrigeration team that I'm welcome to put them on hellopeter, so clearly you can see the zero level of customer appreciation they have.
