No customer service

Took my microwave back just after 6 months of having it repaired by Liptronics. Received a call on the 1st June with a quote and was told the parts are available and it should be repaired by the 3rd June. It is now 8th June and I've not heard any feedback from Liptronics, nobody answers the phone or even bother to return customer calls.
