Liptronics/Samsung poor service

I have been trying for 2 weeks to get a response from this company. Most of the time the phone is not answered and when by good fortune you do get through and select the automated number response you then get no reply and get cut off. Twice now i have got a human answer only to say they will call back and then silence. How a company like Samsung can put their reputation in the hands of such a useless organisation is beyond me but maybe they don't care either. The number of complaints on this website and the lack of response from this this company is also an indication of how they feel about customer service or lack of it.
