Liptronics your service is pathetic!!!!!

Liptronics service is pathetic , Why does a big company like Samsung use them for their repairs, they never answer their phone, if you ask them to call back they never do. the staff is rude and not trained to deal with customers. please @samsung use another service provider as you will loose customers buying your product as I refuse to deal with Liptronics..
