Liptronics stay away

This company is just plain terrible if Bosch tells you a technician will be sent to your home find out who it is first as this company is disgusting I have logged 11 calls to there 2 they came and indicated a plate on hob wasn't working only to order part and now tell me they think it's the switch so far spent over R2000 and still have a hob which is Brocken cannot believe this is who Bosch sends out for repairs
