Liptronics - Service disgusting and they associated with Samsung.

Samsung washing machine door handle broke, obtained a company to find fault, but due to urgency they advised me to get the part at liptronics. After trying to call numerous times, no joy drove to them just to be told that Samsung technician has to come out they not allowed to sell me the part. Problem could of been fixed on Friday, Tuesday now without a call for an appointment and they do not answer their phone. Samsung cannot even get hold of them.
