Liptronics (samsung repair centre)

What a useless samsung repair centre. Took my microwave in on the 06-11-2020 and still havent gotten it back. They called me to give me the price of the repair and that was the last i heard of them. I tried calling them for 2 weeks already and no1 answers the phones. Samsung gets hold of them with in a few min but the clients cant. Will never advise anyone to take there samsung products to them. Will also not buy samsung products again.
