Liptronics Pathetic Service and Arrogance

Liptronics is the worst services company I have ever encountered. My Dishwasher has been with them for 8 weeks and only after I engaged my lawyers did they returned it. Technician tells me not to use it as it is not fixed. 3 weeks later still nothing, excuses of wrong parts etc. The owner is the most arrogant person I have spoken to in a very long time. Just laughs at you when you challenge him about the poor service. Liptronics is damaging the Samsung Brand in the Western cape.
