Liptronics Parow Cape Town worst service ever My hometheater system was booked in with them on 01/07/2020 sent away to Samsung for repairs and feedback was given the will send new motherboard 10 June for unit to be repaired. I called 13 June motherboard was not sent. Called 14 July they say that unit will be replaced. Called 15 July replacement approved. Called 17 no one knows what is going on and cant give me answers. Called 20 July again and the lady said i should call Samsung. The repair agent telling the client to call the supplier. In my world this is lazy workers and you get nowhere with them. They just dont care about tge client. Today is 6nAugust and still nothing after a replacment unit was approved the 15 of July. How long does a customer need to wait. Pathetic service and will most definitely not recommend them.
