Liptronics is a **** repair centre

Worst experience I've ever had. I'm m actually shocked Samsung still uses them with all the 1 star reviews this place has been receiving for half a decade. My family has been stuck without a fridge for a month. They just don't get things done. The technician keeps forgetting certain things he needs to complete a job. It's impossible to get them on the phone. Whats even more crazy is they ordered the incorrect part for our fridge ontop of making us wait 3 weeks already. They advised us they went ahead an ordered the correct part from Johannesburg so it's another 2-3 day wait.

We had to physically go onto business premises to complain and they all of a sudden had a part for the fridge at the back in their wharehouse so no need to wait for the correct part to arrive. The part they had at the back was sitting their for a year like what the hell is this place.

It's now Easter weekend and my family has no fridge. With the amount of money being spent on food I might as well buy a new fridge.

People stay away from this repair service provider at all costs!!
