Liptronics is a joke and should be closed for good!

Placed an order for parts on Monday, was told it will take 3-4 working days to arrive, it is 8 days later and still no parts. When I politely raised my concerns, I was told to relax! I asked for an invoice on the Monday I had placed the order, no invoice has arrived to date. This is a shocking display of ineptitude and poor customer service. I was **** to about returned calls, and that they will return my call. Nobody really cares about the customer experience; worst of all the receiptionist that answers the phone, who is supposed to be the frontline of customer service has absolutely no way of speaking to or comforting clients... Its just so wrong that this business is still operating... Perhaps samsung and other big electronics companies should look for a more reliable distributor or agent, as these guys are surely failing.
