Liptronics - hanging by a thread...!

This company was suggested by Samsung as their preferred service provider. We have been messed around so much for the last three months. All we want is for our fridge to get fixed. They had to send out technicians on three sepperate occasions, one of which replaced the rong component. We have spoken to the owner three times, he promised to phone back or get his guys to phone us back. We have now made a complaint with Samsung, but judging by the amount of complaints they have on this website, it seems like they don't really care either. Surely this company and Samsung, for that matter, should not be in business?! Is there any recourse for this kind of thing, or are we just lost in this echo chamber?!
