Liptronics dire customer service

Worst customer service ever. We paid upfront for some Samsung fridge parts over three weeks ago that they said would be here in 3 or 4 days and we are still waiting despite phoning repeatedly (it is virtually impossible to get through and when you do their phone cuts off) and emailing (no reply). Samsung - could you not find a better agent than this?
