Terrible service !! Samsung uses the company as they main referral for their electronics ... Struggle to get hold of them Long delay between call out and quote. Infact had to phone to get one After 6 weeks fridge was nor repaired after call was received thT they will come install part after 6 weeks ..did not pitch Not the first time I experienced this bad service from them ..definitely not using them again
