I ordered a replacement power board for a Samsung monitor from Liptronics on Monday, every step of the way Rowena made sure that we were talking about the same part by providing photos and model numbers. Done and dusted and on Tuesday my part had arrived at Liptronics, sent my courier to collect it on Wednesday, Rowena even sent me a mail to confirm that my part was indeed collected.
