Great appliance technician - Jonathan

The service of this company is one of the worst I ve experienced / from not answering their phone /switchboard - to call back on appointment and be on time. The only light point is their technician Jonathan that eventually came to repair my dishwasher. He is Super competent and a grab for any company who wants a appliance tech with experience. If only the rest of this company could be so professional.
