excellent service

After struggling to get my Samsung unit repaired, I was recommended to Liptronics I took my unit in to have repaired I spoke to a lady named Kashiesah she said to me that I would have my unit repaired within a week, I paid my booking fees and left saying to myself I would probably wait two weeks or more for my unit. Two days later I got a call from her saying that my unit has been looked at and this and that is the problem may they go ahead with repairs as I have to pay for the spares used in my unit. I agreed and three days later as promised I got a fixed unit back working 100% and I am very happy with the communication and the service of this company and will recommend them to anyone.
