DONT BUY SAMSUNG BECAUSE OF LIPTRONIC

I don’t even know where to start. I have never complained on this site before, however this is honestly the most shocking service I have ever come across. I have emailed the owner, lost count as to how many times I have tried to get through and speak to someone. I am just at my wits end. If this is an eternal company Samsung are using I would tell them to go out to tender and find someone else. I don’t think I will ever buy Samsung again purely because of Liptronics service
