Dishwasher Repairs

<p>We purchased a Samsung dishwasher from a reputable company 2,5years ago. It stopped working - giving various error codes. We called Samsung and they referred us to Liptronics. Liptronics charged us R570-00 for a call out which we paid. They could not fix the problem and then advised that they needed to take the dishwasher to their workshop. It has been going on for 5/6 weeks and two weeks after they took it to their workshop for repairs, we still have no dishwasher. This morning they called and advised that the dishwasher could not be repaired. This afternoon we received an email advising that they are going to attempt to repair the dishwasher. This is really very poor service both on the part of Samsung and Liptronics.</p>
