Dishonest, overpriced, poor service

Liptronics as a company lack product knowledge, they are Dishonest, overpriced and their service Poor. If I could rate negative stars I would.

The worst part of this is Samsung are aware of the above and have no interest in the damage caused to their brand by Liptonics.
