Components of parts purchased missing

<p>I ordered paid for and collected a guide and stand for my Samsung TV from Liptronics in Parow, Cape Town South Africa on 8 October 2016. Once I got home and tried to assemble it I discovered that none of the *****s were included in the packaging. The guide requires 4 *****s to attach to the TV and the stand requires 3 special *****s to attach to the guide. To make matters worse I tried to call the Liptronics at 11h40 (the store is meant to be open till 12h00), but their phones were already on voicemail. </p> <p> </p> <p>It is shocking that this company can sell parts without quality control to ensure that all the components are packaged. I would advise any customers to insist on opening packaging in the store and ensuring that your purchase is in order. This is incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. I am expecting Liptronics to deliver the missing parts to me and not expect me to to make another trip because of their incompetence. </p>
