Clueless samsung accredited Repair Centre - Liptronics

This companies service is very poor,I do not know how Samsung can credit then as a repair company.I paid a deposit and the technician did not stick to his appoitment.He said i will get a quotation to fix my fridge.After a week i have not heard anything.I tried to phone them no answer.After a few emails i got a reply my fridge cant be fix.The spares was discontinued for my fridge model.I must buy a new fridge.After a month today on 2/10/2019 i got a phone call it is going to cost -+R1200,00 to fix my fridge.What if i have bought a new fridge? From reception to the technician and service department,they are clueless.
