BAD OR SHOULD I SAY NO SERVICE

Liptronics must be the worst service I have ever come across. I can't believe that a huge company like Samsung would use this company as their preferred service provider and apparently only service provider in Northern Suburbs Cape Town. Waiting a week already to receive a call as to say when a technician will be coming to quote of a refrigerator repair. Today I phoned several times and nobody answers the phone. WHAT IS HAPPENING TO PEOPLE? Everybody complains that they can't find a job, but those who are employed are ***********. Fire them and get people who want to work.
