Awesome response

I have a samsung washing machine that is giving me errors. I dont have the origional proof of purchase so samsung didnt want to help me at all so I phoned liptronics in parow this morning to ask them if they cant help me out since my machine was bought only a few months ago and their system picked up that it is indeed under warranty. So they are sending out the technicians tomorrow free of charge. Thank you so much guys. It really is rare that companies actually help out in this manner.
