Wow, I have never had such bad service and been treated like I am nobody. I have called & emailed now for the last 3 weeks and they will get back to me. It has just cost me for the calls and talk about the inconvenience. Jonathan, the technician is just one big **** as well as the manager (Nadia). Emails have been forwarded internally with me copied in by Nadia to Jeanette & another manager called Neels. That's where it all ends. Now I can't even get them on the phone, probably blocking me. Jonathan, 3 weeks ago took out the pump on my dishwasher and hasn't sorted it out or brought it back. I'm going to the police station tomorrow(5th June 20222) to report a theft of my pump.
