Xolly LawForAll mediator

I opened a case last year with the above reference number. I was assisted by different mediators. The current mediator assisting me now is Xoli. I was assigned a lawyer and the lawyer contacted me, but we could and she was to schedule the appointment date since she requested to go through my file. In July/Aug Xoli called me asking me if the lawyer contacted me yet, I explained to her that the lawyer said she was going to revert back to me with a new date, Xoli could not take what I was telling her, she commanded me to call the lawyer to schedule an appointment. I tried to reason with her that I will not call the lawyer since she was the one who said she will get back to me with a new date, I then told hr I was driving I could not talk proper.

Today I received a call from Xoli (she thought she was calling my lawyer) and that was the first mistake she did. She talked about me "to the laywer" saying I was very rude. I then asked her if she knew who she's speaking to, she said the lawyer, that's when I told her it is Mrs Khumalo, the one you are bad mouthing and paining the wrong picture about me to that lawyer.

Please sort out this issue and let me know what will happen to Xoli as she does not deserve to be working with your client with the manner she posses.
