Worst service I've experienced Bidvest Legal angel /law for all

The worst service I have ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and cancel this policy or avoid having to deal with them at all costs through Bidvest Legal angel. They never call you back on the day they advise they will, they hardly tell you about the T's and C's and the managers will defend the company instead of trying to assist you as their client. Dealt with a manager named Bapsy (if that was even her real name) and she was incredibly rude. You ask to get help from the complaints department and they say you can only email them, so tell me if it takes almost a week to be called back, how long should one wait for am email response.
