Worst legal services I have ever encountered.

I have never worked with such a bunch of *********** attorneys. Either they don't want to help or they are unable to but it is clear that their motto is 'we don't care if you win or lose your case, we get paid'. I cannot even get a response on my case after visiting the Cape Town branch and the manager saying he will personally ensure I get speedy feedback. Almost two months have now gone by and they cannot give me a simple response! Shocking service for a company that answers the phone by saying 'welcome to your award winning team'!
