Worst legal advises ever

I just want to say how disgusted I am by ur service,I have been a member since 2010,iv been in 2 incidents where they could've help me at,they couldn't even give me the right advice,firstly u call them for legal advice advice that you paying them every month for an they don't take you serious,they don't capture the info on the system but they say they will fine u back,now the second Day I foned again on the 12/09/18- I spoke to Mr Zuko,I have him all my detail only to find out that the lady I spoke to on the previous day **** and didn't put anything I said on the system,I then foned again an spoke to Mr Sibosiso and as I want to explain to him he told me my case is on his diary he'll fine me 2mro,he was so rude and had no way of speaking to me,I was told he will get back to me depending on how serious my case is,I wasted all my airtime to get this ****TY SERVICE, and only get advice that isn't even helpful to what I wanted I wanted to know,I had to hear about paying for lawyers and if I loose my job they will refer me to lawyers an I must pay X amount of money,and all I wanted to know was what can i do if my personal info at work was visible for everyone to see,my personal an confidential info Like my counselling with a psychiatrist,my I'd number n everything else-all I wanted to know was what I can do legally to protect myself,then I had to hear bat if I get fired which had nothing to do with what I asked.I always told my friends an family Lipco is the best even n after everyone told me they the baddest lawyers ever,but now I see everyone was right an I don't advise anyone to join Lipco. I seriously want to cancel and want to know how I can go about cancelling.
