WORST EVER SERVICE

I joint law for all to assist with a case. 8 months later they couldn't assist. They just deducted my money with no service. 8 months later I found out they couldn't get hold of the person I had a claim against. If I didn't asked for feedback, I never got. I had to request everytime. There service is useless ,it's either they not competent or don't know what to do. How can a lawyer tell you 8 months later that they mediated 4 months ago. Why didn't they inform me then. You been send from one person to another. That is al delay tactics and in the meantime they deduct money monthly. Been there since January and to date nothing happened. They useless.
