Will never pay for claims, always excuses

Well in 2 years having the policy, I have tried 3 times for diffrent things to claim. Each time they say its pre existing or they will go to hells end to make sure it falls out of policy guidelines not to pay. If they do help you, you anyway have to pay. Please dont make use of this legal insurance they want your money but as an insurance you are just bette roff paying for yourself for an attorney. The will always find an excuse to prove the point its before policy start date even when it is not. A case reported in January 2022 while I am on there policy they will refer to another date to say its out off policy guidelines. Then service is horrible, they confuse themselves and does not come to a point. As per them you have to be on there policy since birth to qualify to claim.
