Where is the law

The reason people get medical aid is because they don't want to deal with the disaster the public hospitals are! What if you pay for medical aid, and when you're sick the medical aid sends you to the public hospitals? Would that be a fair transaction? The reason we seek out companies like LAW FOR ALL is because we don't want to have to deal with the chaos the public justice system is. There are very poor people get no justice because the public justice system puts them on hold until it's their turn; and for many; that turn never comes! It is specifically; if not only for this reason that we seek out, and pay for private legal aid! If the justice system did me justice; I would never ever have had to subscribe to "LAW FOR ALL"! In the midst of my issues, The very very polite "Law for All" attorney Phoned me and basically said that : " since the 12/12/23 (date of engagement) they have phoned all they could phone without response, wrote a letter and failed to get a response in that manner as well; so now they are throwing me back to the wolves that I came from so that I can get the exact same thing that I got before I came to them!". So I have paid all this time to end up in the very nightmare that I came from. At which point does the law kick in? I feel that if there was a walk in office in my city, much more could have been done! I have been" had" by the perpetrator, but I've been "had" more by "Law for all"! At which point did they carry out the LAW on my behalf? I also phoned and didn't get through; that is why I came to "Law for all" in the first place! ......They did the exact thing that I did and got the same response that I got, and sent me to the wolves that failed me previously! Pleeeeeeease explain how they benefitted me more than I benefitted myself? What did they do different from me? If that is the case, then I too am a brilliant attorney because I phoned more than they phoned, and I got nowhere more than them! This means that I too am a good lawyer JUST LIKE THEM!! My issue is not with the attorney; she is doing as much as she can as far as the company permits her! My issue is with a firm that with all the Expertise they have; they "helped me" by doing and failing at exactly what I did and failed at!
