Very very very Bad terrible service

I had a case,ref no C4-8-2023 with a file opened on 31/07/23 Monday.On the 02/08/23 around 16h00 I got detained at East London police station fleet Street,detained for a matter related to my case LIPCO is aware of.I called LIPCO offices before switching my phone's off as they are not allowed in the cells,and also gave them my next of kin to communicate with as I wud not be able to.On the 3rd/08/23 my next of kin tried to get or find a lawyer from them to help me with my case,but to no avail,instead she was being sent from pillar to post without any solution,until she lost it and became "rude" according to a LIPCO consultant.On the 04/08/23 I got sent to court from the police cells,I was in the cells almost the whole day,no lawyer in site,at around past 2pm I got called to the courtroom,still no lawyer..my case got dismissed,n I was released before 4pm.through out the whole experience I never seen a lawyer or had from a lawyer from LIPCO,but I a policy with them and is the top option I subscribe to.on the 07/08/23 I got a call from LIPCO,I told the Lady that called nonsense because I didn't get no help at all when I needed it the most...
