Very dissapointed at the service I have been receiving with my case.
I am not getting any joy from the assistance I am getting from the mediator who is handling my case at all. I have used Law for U before and was impressed with the assistance I received some years but this is shocking for me. I keep leaving constant messages to mediator she does not return my calls or respond to any of the emails I sent to her. I am starting to feel like a stalker now. If I dont have a case or she does not want to assist I would like my case to someone who is passionate about customer customer service, matter of fact I would greatly appreciate my case be assigned to someone else. This is realy frustrating.
