Very disappointed with the service that I got from Tshilidzi Mulovhezi

I'm very disappointed with the legal advisor that was assigned to my case, I told him I want to cancel the contract with the certain dealership because it was giving problems with providing the papers of the car. I sent all the required documents to Tshilidzi Mulovhezi on the 9th of March. On the phone calls before sending the documents he promised me that he will look on my contract and contact the dealership to hear what was the problem and what is the way forward but he never did that, I tried to reach out to him via phone calls I was told that I can't call him directly they will tell him to get back to me but he never did, I also sent emails , I even had to escalate the matter to Miosa by myself, he called me on the 12th of April promising that he will contact the dealership and give me feedback but he never did, I sent him an email telling how disappointed I am with his service and that he failed me, he did not respond even after that email.
